Our event is a grassroots movement funded entirely by its committee members and with help from generous sponsors from the community.  With your help we can assist our recipients with travel and lodging to and from the awards, and also to cover the costs involved in procuring traditional materials used for the awards ceremony.  The physical awards are also a cost we could use your help with.  We intend to keep this movement as grassroots as possible to ensure it is truly a community driven initiative which benefits everyone.
